Does choosing dates confirm my stay?
No. Choosing dates sends an enquiry. We check the property calendar and confirm availability and the full price with you before your stay is confirmed.
How do I find the right home?
Browse the listings or choose a region, then open a property page for its photographs, location, facilities and availability calendar. Each home has its own details.
Can I ask about a weekly or monthly stay?
Yes. Save 10% on stays of 7–29 nights and 20% on stays of 30 nights or more. We apply the relevant discount to the accommodation rate and include it in the property-specific price we confirm with you. The offers do not stack.
Is an Edinburgh visitor levy included?
For eligible stays at homes within Edinburgh Council’s area, a 5% visitor levy applies to the accommodation cost for up to the first five nights. We’ll show any applicable levy in your total quote before you decide.
Where can I see the cancellation terms and house rules?
These can vary by property. Ask us for the terms for your chosen home and dates; we’ll provide them with the booking details before you confirm.
